The student in the school
EL DISCÍPULO EN LA ESCUELA
The student enters the classroom.
El discípulo entra en la sala de clase.
He goes to his bench and sits down.
Él va a su banco y se sienta.
He hears the bell and begins the Spanish lesson
Suena la campanilla y principia la lección de español.
The teacher asks.
El maestro pregunta.
The student rises and responds.
El discípulo se levanta y responde.
He sits down, opens his book and reads one phrase, two phrases.
Él se sienta, abre su libro y lee una frase, dos frases.
He closes his book and repeats the phrases.
Él cierra su libro y repite las frases.
He speaks loud and distinctly.
Él habla alto y distintamente.
Other times he speaks low and indistinctly.
